Context/Objectives: Bring team managers of all functions of this global telecommunications leader to simultaneously enhance performance and relationships within the company

Mission: Co-design and piloting, with the company’s program managers, of this two-day seminar called “Develop Team Dynamics” including novel content and pedagogy. The content is based on work by Tuckman, Herrmann, Thomas-Kilmann, Devillard and Cauvin. The motivating training style comes from our expertise in creative facilitation. We run 25 sessions per year in Europe (in French or English), facilitated by a team of six senior consultants.

Results: Better collective intelligence, integration of shared concepts and behaviors for team management, constructive discussion around everyday challenges, overcomes and action steps. 400 managers trained in 2013 in Europe. 450 estimated for 2014 in Europe and Africa.

Context/Objectives: To boost the creativity within the entity and encourage collective intelligence and active participation in all innovation processes.

Mission: A two-day training for a team of eight internal facilitators with a trainer-consultant.

Results: The session resulted in a community of CPS facilitators capable of leading creativity sessions in structured brainstorming.

Inter-company training

Context/Objectives: To give managers and consultants the skills needed to carry out the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) method with rigor and flexibility, and adapt it to different audiences in the context of the client’s innovation and change projects.

Mission: 13-and-a-half days of training modules delivered in 2- or 3-day sessions over one or two years, with practical work projects in between sessions.

Results: Participants learned to support groups or individuals with the development, facilitation and monitoring or projects based on the CPS model.
