Trust and Performance Model

Worlding uses the “Trust and Performance” model developed by Olwen Wolfe and Sandra Minnee, based on the work of B.W. Tuckman and P. Lencioni.

Teams are supported in dedicated seminars to rapidly progress through the seven steps necessary for team-building:


  1. Discover the team
  2. Resolve conflicts
  3. Get involved
  4. Take responsibility
  5. Succeed
  6. Reconfigure the team
  7. Celebrate

This model allows for a better understanding of the dynamics in a team, and also improves team spirit and results. The team undergoing teambuilding training learns the specific features of each step through a series of practical activities, with regular links made to the participants’ everyday work.
